How do I manage lifting during heart attack recovery while cutting? Need advice!
So I recently had a heart attack (yep, not exactly on my bucket list), and now I'm trying to get back into lifting while also cutting. I'm worried about balancing recovery with my goals. Should I adjust my macros? Any tips on how to stay safe while still pushing for PRs? I can post progress pics, but I'm still in the early stages. What's a realistic approach here?
