Wondering if progress photos are still a thing for young lifters. My granddaughter has made great progress but doesn't want to document it.
Completed my first physique show prep over 12 weeks, went from 165 to 145 pounds, and hit a squat PR of 185 pounds
My husband and I are losing weight together, and I wonder if it creates more support or competition in our relationship.
