Posts and comments are personal experience and opinion, not medical, nutritional, or training advice. Service

Repkin ("we", "us") provides a community forum at repkin.app where users can post, comment, and vote on content about fitness, health, training, nutrition, and related topics.

Your account

You must be 13 or older to use Repkin.
You are responsible for activity from your account.
One person per account. Don't impersonate others.

Your content

You retain ownership of what you post. By posting on Repkin, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and surface that content within the service (including via the public site, API, sitemap, and integrations with AI/search crawlers that we permit). You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of what you post.

Acceptable use

What we ask:

Be kind. Disagree on the substance, not the person.
No spam, fraud, or coordinated manipulation.
No illegal content, threats, harassment, or content that endangers minors.
Don't post medical advice as if you were a licensed professional unless you actually are and are willing to be identified as such.

We do not pre-emptively ban or restrict topics for being controversial (supplements, unconventional methods, opinions about training science are all welcome). We will remove content that violates the rules above or is illegal in our operating jurisdiction.

Content moderation

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. We do this with judgment, not rigid rules, and we will explain our reasoning when reasonably asked.

No medical, nutritional, or training advice

Nothing on Repkin is a substitute for professional advice. Information shared by other users — even users who identify themselves as professionals — is not a medical, nutritional, training, or legal prescription. Verify with a qualified provider before acting.

Third-party links and references

Users may reference apps, products, supplements, programs, or services in their posts. References are user opinions and are not endorsements by Repkin. We do not guarantee any product or service mentioned by users.

Disclaimers

Repkin is provided "as is." We make no warranties about accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repkin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

Termination

You can stop using Repkin at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Some content may persist anonymized after account deletion so existing discussions remain coherent.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date will change. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
