Binge recovery to sustained loss, can we talk about it?

I just hit the 2-year mark of my journey from binge eating to a sustainable loss. im down 40 lbs and my squat PR is now at 225 lbs. It wasn't just about the scales tho, it was a major mental shift too! Anyone else here …
