Finally Lean at 62! Progress Photos Inside

TL;DR: Lost 35 lbs in 8 months and got lean at 62.

I just hit a huge milestone, guys! After years of hard work and a solid diet, I finally got lean for the first time in my life at 62. Dropped from 190 to 155 lbs in about 8 months, and the results are crazy. The progress photos speak for themselves! Anyone else experienced such a transformation at this age? Would love to hear your stories.

That's awesome! But don't forget that muscle matters too. I mean, have you considered how much of that weight loss was muscle vs. fat? Tracking your macros could help with that.

You lost 35 lbs? That's solid! Keep in mind, tracking macros can be really helpful, especially if you want to maintain that lean look. Meal prepping is where it's at! Chicken, broccoli, rice, rinse and repeat.
