Is eating at the same time for 60 days a scam? Asking for my sanity!
So, I've been chugging along with my meals at the same time like some kinda robot for 60 days. It was supposed to help with my gains, right? But honestly, my body is confused, and im losing my mind! Random meals before felt like a party, now it's a schedule, and I'm lowkey wondering if I should just embrace the chaos again. Anyone else feel this?
