Lost 20 lbs of menopause weight at 53, but feeling stuck. Any tips?
I recently dropped 20 lbs after tackling that stubborn menopause weight, but now I'm feeling a bit stalled. I'm an active mom of 5, so I've got plenty of family workouts in the mix, but I want to keep the momentum going. Anyone else experienced this? What worked for you to break through that plateau?
