Anyone doing lateral raises daily? Need some input!

So, I've been hitting lateral raises like it's my job, trying to sculpt those shoulders. I'm loving the burn, but is hitting them every day a bit much? I'm currently on a PPL and just curious if anyone else is riding this train. Anyone seen gains with a daily lateral raise routine or is it a recipe for overuse? Let's hear it!

Daily lateral raises can seem tempting, especially if you're seeing gains. Just be careful of overuse injuries. I prefer to cycle my shoulder exercises through different intensities and volume each week. I once overdid it and ended up with shoulder tendonitis, not fun. Honestly, just do what feels right for your body. If you're feeling the burn and loving it, that's awesome! But definitely listen to your body, and don't be afraid to take a break if you feel any discomfort. Shoulders are super important, so treat them well.

Honestly, I'm skeptical about daily lateral raises. I used to do that and ended up with a shoulder injury that took me months to recover from. Your muscles need time to repair. Facts! Keeping it fresh is so key! I sometimes add in some light band work for shoulders on my off days, and it rly helps with recovery while still getting that burn. You gotta keep the fun in your training!

I did lateral raises every day for a month last summer, and honestly, I hit a plateau fast. I was so focused on my side delts that I neglected the other shoulder muscles. Ended up having to back off and reset my training. Try a couple of variations, like cable lateral raises or using different angles. It helps keep things fresh.

I get the hype around lateral raises, but don't sleep on other shoulder exercises too. I used to neglect my rear delts until I started including face pulls and bent-over raises.
