Has anyone noticed changes in their lipid panel after switching protein sources?
I recently swapped my lunch protein from chicken to fish about 6 weeks ago, and I just got my lipid panel results back. I thought eating more fish would help with my omega-3s and overall health, but I'm curious if anyone else has experienced noticeable changes in their lipid levels after making a switch like this. Did it help or hurt your numbers? I'm all about making informed choices, so any insights would be appreciated!
