What macros have worked for your PCOS clients?
As an RD with experience in PCOS, I've seen so many conflicting opinions about macros that actually work for managing symptoms and weight. It can be overwhelming for clients who are already juggling so much. From what I've observed, higher protein intake, moderate carbs, and healthy fats seem to be the sweet spot, but im curious about other strategies you all have found effective. What do your successful clients look like in terms of macro ratios? I'm trying to get a better handle on this for the busy moms I work with!
