When did you learn to recognize your deload signals?
I'm currently cutting and just finished a pretty brutal 6-week cycle of 5/3/1. My lifts were feeling heavy and my motivation was tanking. I realized I needed a deload but I'm curious when you guys started picking up on your own signals for one. Did it take a few cycles to figure it out, or did you get it right away?
