Is THC messing with my sleep quality?
So I've been using THC to chill out at night, but lately, I feel like my sleep's been kinda trash. I know it can mess with REM and deep sleep, and I think my tolerance is up too. Anyone else dealing with this? Like, is it worth taking a break to reset my tolerance, or should I just ride it out? Coffee's still my best friend, but I don't wanna be a zombie at the gym!
