F28, 5'5 175 → 142 in 11 months, need advice on maintaining progress!
I've lost 33 pounds over the last 11 months, going from 175 to 142 pounds. I've been consistent with my diet and exercise, focusing on strength training and a balanced diet. I've cut down on processed foods and added more fiber-rich options, which has really helped with satiety.
I'm concerned about maintaining my progress now. I've heard that adjusting my calorie intake or macronutrient ratios might be necessary as I get closer to my goal weight. What strategies have worked for you in terms of maintaining weight loss? Should I change my approach to fiber intake?
