Heart attack recovery and lifting - is cutting messing with my progress?
Just hit my first PR since my heart attack recovery, deadlifting 405 for a double after 4 months off. I'm also on a cut, down 15 lbs over 8 weeks, but I'm wondering if it's impacting my gains. My lifts feel solid, but I've noticed some fatigue creeping in. Anyone else been through this? How do you balance recovery and cutting while still hitting those goals? Here's a pic of my progress! 馃挭
