Anyone else seen wild changes after a year of CrossFit?

TL;DR: Looking for advice on year 2 of CrossFit after my first-year progress.

So, i've been doing CrossFit for a year now and just took some progress pics. I'm blown away by the changes, like I actually look like I lift now! 馃槼 I started at 150 lbs and I'm down to 135 lbs, plus my lifts have gone from 95 lbs to 155 lbs on my clean! Like, is this normal? Am I doing something right or what? How much can I realistically expect to change in year two?

Honestly, I get why people love CrossFit, but lifting heavy weights isn't everything. Cardio is just as important for overall health. Have you tried incorporating some endurance work? It can balance out your training.

100! CrossFit is lit! Just don't forget to have some fun while you lift. Take a day to focus on skills or just play around with movements. That keeps things fresh!

CrossFit is cool and all, but don't forget about recovery. I've been through the grind and it's easy to get caught up in the intensity. Make sure you're giving yourself enough rest days and eating enough to support your workouts. That's key for continued progress.

Wow, congrats on your progress! CrossFit is such a fun way to get fit and push yourself. I've been focusing on kettlebells lately, but I love seeing how others thrive in different training styles! If you keep up the hard work, you'll continue to see amazing results in year two. Have you tried varying your workouts or doing specific skill days? That can really help break through plateaus

You're doing awesome! It sounds like your routine is working for you. I always track my meals on MyFitnessPal, which helps me stay accountable. Plus, it's great for understanding your macros. Have you ever used an app to track your lifts too? It can be motivating to see those PRs in writing!

i feel you on those lifts! Have you considered tracking your workouts more closely? I use MacroFactor to log my lifts and it keeps me motivated. Seeing progress in numbers is so satisfying!

So inspiring! I love how CrossFit builds strength and community. Nutrition also plays a big role. If you're not tracking your food, I highly recommend it! I've seen massive changes since going Whole30. Clean eating really fuels those workouts. What do you typically eat?

That's amazing progress! i lost a lot of weight when I first started lifting too, but remember to fuel your body as you go. You want to maintain that muscle as you get leaner. Have you thought about your nutrition? I try to eat high protein and balance my macros for my goals. It makes a huge difference.

Ngl, bro, that's sick! But be careful with CrossFit injuries, people underestimate how much it can beat you up. Just don't forget to listen to your body! Push it, but don't break it.

I admire the dedication to CrossFit! Just be sure to balance that intensity with some mindfulness practices. Incorporating yoga can help with flexibility and recovery, which is super beneficial for all those heavy lifts.
