Anyone else feel like walking 8 miles a day and lifting is just not cutting it for body recomp?
I've been walking 8 miles a day with the mailman (he's got me beat on speed, but I'm catching up) while also hitting the gym for my lifts. It's been 3 months, and I feel stronger but my body composition isn't changing much. I'm curious if anyone has tips on what to tweak. Do I need to change my nutrition or my workout routine? Would love to hear your experiences!
