Feeling stuck after 24 weeks of cutting? Help!
So, I've been on this extended cut for 24 weeks now (yikes, right?) and I'm starting to feel a bit overwhelmed. I thought I'd see more progress by now, but my weekly body comp data isn't moving much. I've been keeping up with my macros, hitting around 150g of protein daily, and using some nutrient timing strategies to optimize my meals. My workouts are still pretty solid with consistent strength training, but I feel like I'm hitting a wall!
I've tried a few different strategies like adjusting my calorie intake and incorporating more refeeds, but I'm honestly not sure what else to do at this point. Should I be changing my macros? Maybe try a different approach altogether? I'd love to hear how you guys have navigated through long cuts like this. Any tips or advice would be sooo appreciated! 馃
