Ate at maintenance for 3 months, why the hell am I not seeing body comp changes?
Been eating at maintenance for three months straight, no deficit whatsoever. My lifts are still climbing (just hit a 500 squat and 315 bench), but my body comp feels like it's stuck in mud. Am I missing something with my macros or nutrient timing? Should I be considering refeeds or something? I'm just trying to keep my sanity here.
