How the heck do I deal with 80lbs of frozen chicken and my macros?
So, I went a little crazy at Costco and now I have 80 pounds of frozen chicken in my freezer! 馃槺 I know chicken is great for hitting protein goals, but I'm feeling kinda overwhelmed. What's the best way to manage this without it going to waste?
Also, I'm trying to track my macros more accurately, but like, how do I calculate my protein intake with all this chicken? I mean, should I prep it all at once or do smaller batches? And what about storage? Should I vacuum seal or just use zip bags? So many questions! Anyone else dealt with this kinda situation? What did you do?
