Looking for a killer pre-workout smoothie recipe that includes ashwagandha?
I've been on a smoothie kick lately, and I found a combo that hits just right before my workouts. Here's what you need:

- 1 scoop of protein powder (I use a plant-based one)
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tsp of ashwagandha
- 1 tsp of creatine mono
- 1/2 cup of spinach (for the greens)
