Struggling with a 60 lb gain over 3 years, any advice on balance?
Hi, friends. I've been on a journey where I've gained 60 pounds over the last three years, and I find myself reflecting on how this change impacts my practice as a yoga instructor. I focus on mindfulness and balance, yet I feel disconnected from my body at times. It's been challenging to reconcile these changes with my love for yoga.
I've attached some progress photos to share my physical transformation. While I've embraced my body at every stage, I wonder if anyone has experienced similar shifts and how you maintained balance mentally and spiritually during your journey. How did you find peace with your evolving self?
