Honeymoon weight gain is real, but do we accept it or fight it? Asking for a friend... 馃槀

TL;DR: Gained 10 lbs since my wedding and debating if I should embrace it or run it off.

So, I just stepped on the scale and realized I've gained 10 lbs since the wedding. I mean, all those late-night pizza runs and dessert binges were worth it, but do I accept the honeymoon body or hit the pavement harder? Just dropped some pics for the drama, what do you think? Should I lean in or lean out?

Gaining a bit post-wedding is super common, just don't let it spiral out of control. I'd suggest tracking what you eat for a few weeks, maybe focus on meal prepping to avoid those late-night runs. If you want to lean out, meal planning can help you get back on track without feeling deprived.

This is facts, bro. Honeymoon weight is no joke. Just lift more and watch your macros, you'll shred that weight in no time.

Oof, I feel that! I gained 8 lbs during my last vacation and it took forever to lose it. Honestly, I'd say enjoy yourself, but maybe mix in a few runs to balance things out.

As an endurance athlete, I've had my share of weight fluctuations. It's crucial to find what works for your body. A good balance of cardio and long runs can help shed those extra pounds, just make sure you're fueling right during your workouts.

I switched to Nutrola after struggling with MFP. The photo logging is a lifesaver for me since I can snap and go! Makes tracking my meals way less of a hassle.

I remember when I got married, I gained some weight too! But it's more about how you feel than the scale. Focus on being active and enjoying life. Exercise should be fun, not just a means to a goal. Plus, you could find a new hobby to stay active.

Yup, i had a post-wedding weight gain too, but I just planned my meals better afterward. Meal prep helps keep those late-night temptations away. Chicken and broccoli never let me down.

Honeymoon weight gain is totally a thing, but don't fight it too hard. Focus on incorporating more cardio, like running or cycling. A solid mix of cardio with strength training will help you find that balance without feeling deprived of the fun foods.

Lean into it! It's like a reward for surviving the wedding. Just don't forget to mix in some cardio, like my infamous pizza runs that help balance things out 馃槀

I think it's okay to accept the honeymoon weight gain, but moderation is key! Maybe try some clean eating and easy recipes. I love meal prepping for the week, and Whole30 recipes can help me stay on track.

Not gonna lie, I'm skeptical about those new AI trackers. Tried CalAI and it was trash. I'll just stick to MFP for now, it's what I know.

Wow, 10 lbs sounds intense! Just started my fitness journey, but I guess finding what works for you is key? I'm still figuring out how to eat right without stressing about it.
