Broke through my plateau at 165, now down to 158! Check out my progress pics!

TL;DR: Finally broke through a plateau at 165, now down to 158 after 8 weeks! Progress pics included!

So, I've been stuck at 165 for what feels like forever, eating all my leafy greens and tofu stir-fries. After a few weeks of dialing in my macros and getting more creative with my workouts (who knew zucchini noodles could be so versatile?), I finally broke through to 158!

It's been about 8 weeks since I started really focusing on my diet and lifting consistently. Here are some of my stats:

  • Starting weight: 165 lbs
  • Current weight: 158 lbs
  • Duration: 8 weeks

Check out my progress photos! Can't believe how much I've changed. I'm so hyped about it, can't wait to keep going! Let's keep crushing those goals, folks!

Love seeing progress like this! Also, don't forget to involve your kids in your fitness journey. Family workouts can be fun and motivate everyone!

Also, don't underestimate rest days. I learned the hard way that overtraining can really set you back. Balance is key.

Nice work, but have you considered meal prepping? It's a real time-saver. Just cook a bulk of tofu and veggies at the start of the week. Keeps the diet on point.

Haha, I'm just saying that calorie tracking is a science. I've seen people lose weight just by using apps like MacroFactor or MyFitnessPal. It can help to know your numbers!

8 weeks in and you're down 7 pounds? That's impressive. Just remember to lift heavy. If you're not challenging yourself with weights, you might stall again.

But if you're losing weight too quickly, that could be a red flag. Aim for a steady pace of 1-2 pounds a week. Slower weight loss tends to be more sustainable.

And remember, it's not just about the scale. Track how you feel and perform too. That's just as important as the numbers.

I feel like everyone's progress is so unique! Like, my friend lost 10 pounds without ever counting calories. Intuitive eating can work too. It's all about finding what fits ur lifestyle.

If you're hitting a plateau, consider adjusting your rep ranges. Switch from 8-12 reps to 5-8 for a few weeks. It helps shake things up and can lead to PRs.

This is amazing! I can relate since I also started lifting after having kids. You can absolutely balance fitness and family. Meal prep is key for busy moms like us.

Congrats on the drop! Just a heads up though, make sure you're tracking your macros. i lost a lot of weight by hitting my protein goals. Always aim for at least 1 gram per pound.

LMAO, bro got cooked with those plateaus! Just add some more greens to your diet, it might give you that little extra push you need.

Honestly, the best part about losing weight is the increase in stamina. Have you noticed how your cardio has improved? I dropped 15 pounds and my runs became way more enjoyable.

Whoa, 158 is a solid number! I've been whipping up zucchini noodles for my stir-fries too. Did you try tossing them with some homemade pesto? It slaps!

Breaking through plateaus can feel like climbing a mountain. I remember when I was stuck at 145 for ages, until I switched my running routine. You can't underestimate the power of variety in workouts.

Facts! Once I stopped obsessing over the scale and started focusing on my lifts, I saw way better results. It's all about the long game.

I see you're on the tofu train. Just make sure you're getting enough iron and B12 if you're sticking vegan. Supplements could be a good idea, not to mention fortified foods.

You'd be surprised how much fiber helps in weight loss. Incorporating fruits, veggies, and whole grains can keep you fuller longer. Are you tracking your fiber intake?
