Tracked every workout + meal for 14 months, but is CrossFit really the answer?
So I've been busting my ass for 14 months, tracking every meal and workout. I can see the progress in my photos, but like, what's the point if im surrounded by CrossFit cultists who think AMRAP is a magic spell? I'm not about that life. My progress: lost 15 lbs, gained muscle, and my lifts are up by 30% across the board. HIIT is my jam, not some high-intensity, injury-prone circus act. Anyone else feel me on this?
