That's incredible! i remember when I first started my fitness journey, I dropped a whole dress size in a few months. My secret? Fitting in workouts during my kids' nap times. Don't forget to stay active even on busy days.

Honestly, I'm all about cardio, but strength training is crucial too. It's not just about burning calories, it's about building muscle. If you're doing both, you're already on the right track.

It's so important to recognize your achievements. While tracking is useful, it's equally essential to listen to your body. Eating intuitively can be just as effective for some folks. Balance is key in any diet plan

This is so inspiring! I've been trying to eat healthier on a college budget. Do you have any gluten-free snack ideas? Also, does anyone else feel like they have to eat five meals a day to keep up energy?

100% facts, man. I can't even lift without my coffee. Are you drinking anything specific before workouts? Caffeine helps me crush those cardio sessions, but I feel like I need to start mixing in some strength training.

This is great progress, but make sure you're incorporating enough fiber into your diet, especially on a gluten-free plan. Foods like chia seeds and legumes can really help with digestion and overall health.

Sick progress! Just keep pushing, but remember to watch your form. I saw someone doing curls with a crazy amount of weight yesterday, and it was rough. Let's not get injured while chasing those gains!

Lol, cardio is where it's at! I did a half-marathon last year, and the runner's high is unmatched. But seriously, lifting can be rough, and I totally feel for anyone who hates it.
