Is meal prep actually cheaper than eating out? 30-day tracked experience?
I just wrapped up a 30-day tracking period where I compared meal prepping to eating out. I thought I'd save more money by prepping, but it feels like the grocery bills have been adding up fast. I'm trying to hit my protein targets and stay within macros, but the convenience of eating out is tempting. Anyone else done a similar comparison? What did you find? Was meal prep worth it financially in the long run?
