Logged my hunger levels for 30 days and the pattern is wild, am I the only one?
So, I decided to get scientific and logged my hunger on a scale of 1-10 every two hours for the last 30 days. Let me tell you, the results were more dramatic than my kids' reactions to broccoli!
Here's what I found: my hunger peaked in the morning, dipped around lunch, and then skyrocketed again at dinner. I'm guessing this is pretty common with family dinners when you're just trying to hold it together while they throw food around like it's a food fight scene from a movie.
I'm also curious if anyone else has noticed these patterns or if it's just my dad brain playing tricks on me. Anyone else tracking this kind of stuff and what have you learned? Did you notice any crazy trends too?
Just looking for some relatability or maybe a way to fine-tune my nutrition strategy a bit, especially since I'm trying to juggle my lifting schedule with all the kid chaos!
