How the heck do I track macros for Spanish tapas during the holidays?
So here I am, trying to enjoy the holiday season with my family, and guess what? We're hitting up a Spanish tapas place. As a dad who's been lifting on and off, I've got my macros in mind, but these tiny plates make it feel impossible!
Do I just pick a few dishes and hope for the best? Like, do I count those cute little chorizo bites as a full serving of protein? And how do you even track the olive oil they drown everything in? I'm over here trying to balance my life, my kids, and my macros like it's a game of Jenga.
Any tips on enjoying tapas while not completely derailing my holiday tracking? Or should I just embrace the chaos and call it a refeed day?
