Anyone tested the macros on Starbucks egg bites? Which flavor is the best?
I was thinking of grabbing some Starbucks egg bites to switch up my breakfast routine, but I'm curious about their macros. I've heard mixed reviews about the protein content in different flavors. If you've tried them, which one do you think has the best balance for lifting? Trying to hit my protein targets while keeping it vegan is a challenge, and I'm lowkey over oatmeal every morning.
