So, I've been juggling my night shifts as an ICU nurse and my work as an RD, and honestly, keeping my macros on point is a struggle. I usually end up cramming a protein bar down during a crazy night shift, but I know I should be better about my meals. Any tips on quick, high-protein snacks or meal ideas that won't wreck my energy levels at 3 AM? Also, how do I balance that with my love for pizza? Asking for a friend... (totally me).
