First day at Planet Fitness, what should I NOT do?
So, I'm hitting up Planet Fitness for the first time and I'm kinda nervous, ngl. I'm used to calisthenics, but the gym vibe is a whole new world for me. What are some rookie mistakes I should avoid? Like, should I steer clear of machines or certain exercises? I really want to make the most of this experience without looking like a total noob.
