Is creatine HCL really better than creatine mono?
As a powerlifting coach and a busy mom, I've seen my fair share of supplement debates. Creatine mono has been the gold standard for years, and for good reason. It's well-researched and effective at increasing strength and muscle mass. Creatine HCL gets a lot of hype for better solubility and less water retention, but I haven't seen solid evidence to support its superiority over mono. Plus, it's often more expensive, which can be a big deal for families on a budget. If you're considering a creatine, I'd stick with mono and save your cash for the real essentials like protein and beta-alanine. What's your experience with these two types?
