Probiotics, do they actually do anything or is it just hype?
So, I've been hearing a lot about probiotics and how they're supposed to be this miracle for gut health. But, like, do they actually do anything significant, or is it just another trend that people are jumping on? I mean, I'm all in for supplements that work, but I don't want to waste my hard-earned cash on something that's just fluff. Anyone got the lowdown on this? Maybe some studies or personal experiences?
Also, is it really worth stacking them with creatine or protein, or should I just stick to my tried and true? Asking for my gut, lol.
