Mouth guard for bruxism, anyone get diagnosed?

So, I've been struggling with some serious teeth grinding at night and it's messing with my sleep and my gains. I've heard a mouth guard can help, but is it worth getting diagnosed for? Has anyone else tried this and found it made a difference for their sleep quality? Would love to hear your experiences!

Getting diagnosed for bruxism can really help you understand the severity of your issue. I've had clients who thought they were just tired, but once they got a mouth guard, their sleep improved significantly. If you're serious about your gains and overall health, consider getting checked out!

I used to grind my teeth at night and it was seriously affecting my sleep. After getting a mouth guard, I noticed a huge difference in my quality of rest. Plus, it helped with the tension in my jaw, which made my workouts feel way better too!

Grinding teeth is like running a marathon in your sleep. I used to wake up feeling like I ran a 5K. Once I got my mouth guard, my sleep quality improved massively. Sometimes you gotta address the little things to get those gains.

Bruxism can alter your bite and lead to other dental issues. A mouth guard can prevent that, so it's worth considering. If you do get diagnosed, make sure to ask your dentist about the different types of guards, as they vary in comfort and effectiveness.

Not to be dramatic, but bruxism can suck the life out of your sleep. I dealt with it for years before getting a mouth guard. Now I just wake up tired instead of exhausted, which is a win in my book.

Honestly, I thought my teeth grinding was just part of being a gym rat. But when I got a mouth guard, my sleep improved and I felt more energized. I didn't realize how much that tension was affecting my lifts until it was gone.

Tbh, I thought mouth guards were just for boxing or something. I didn't take my grinding seriously until I started waking up with jaw pain. If you're feeling that too, definitely get checked out!

This is such a common issue, and honestly, a mouth guard can make a big difference. There's actual science behind it; grinding can lead to jaw pain and tension that affects your lifts. Just don't expect a mouth guard to fix all your sleep issues without addressing stress or other factors.

Imagine working hard all day just to get cooked by your own teeth at night. You gotta protect those pearly whites, bro! A mouth guard is a solid investment.

Been there, man. Tried a mouth guard and it made a difference. Just remember, it's not a miracle cure, but it helps you sleep better, and that's what we need for those gains

You grind your teeth, I grind the weights. Seems fair, right? 😂 But for real, a mouth guard can help. Just like u wouldn't skip leg day, don't skip taking care of your teeth.
