Why is honeymoon weight gain a thing? Asking for a friend... or maybe myself.
So, i went on my honeymoon and decided that enjoying life was my only priority. Fast forward 6 months and I'm up 10 lbs from all those romantic dinners and wine nights. 馃槀 I accepted it and kept pushing through workouts, but wow, those photos are a little shocking! Anyone else been here and have tips on getting back on track while still enjoying family time? I'm all ears!
