30 days of tracking liquid cals, where the heck were they hiding?

So i've been on this liquid calorie detective mission for 30 days, and ngl, I feel like Sherlock Holmes but with less class and more bubble tea. Like, how did my smoothies sneak in so many hidden cals? Did I unknowingly swallow a whole avocado or what? Anyone else finding random liquid calories creeping up on them? Like fr, where do they even come from?

Fr, those smoothies be hiding cals like ninjas. I swear I thought I was healthy until I realized I was drinking a whole dessert.

Facts! I started tracking my protein shakes, and damn, the hidden sugars are unreal. I use MyFitnessPal, and it opened my eyes to how much I was consuming without realizing it.

100! Liquid calories can totally mess with your progress. I switched to home-made smoothies and added spinach, which helps keep the cals down but still packs a punch in nutrients.

Yep, I'm in a cutting phase now and liquid cals are my enemy. I switched to unsweetened almond milk and cut my smoothie portions in half, saved so many cals! It's all about those macros.

Bro, tracking liquid cals is a skill issue if you're not careful. I just stick to water, coffee, and the occasional protein shake. Just keep it simple, right?

Bro, tracking liquid calories is wild. I did that last summer with my protein shakes, and I thought I was drinking 'healthy' stuff but was just chugging sugar. Now I just keep it simple with water and some creatine.

Not gonna lie, all this tracking sounds complicated. Sometimes I think people overthink their diets. If you're lifting and active, some liquid cals aren't going to ruin your progress.

Lmao, liquid calories are sneaky! I was shocked when I logged my iced coffee for a week. Ended up cutting back and now I feel lighter! Plus, who needs all that sugar?

Ngl, I was shook when I realized how much my post-run smoothies were adding up. Switched to just a scoop of protein and water after runs, makes a huge difference in my cutting phase!

I totally get it! I was shocked when I tracked my juice intake for a week. It was like finding extra calories in my pantry I never knew about. Working out with a buddy helps too, they keep you accountable.

This shit's a vibe, but also, don't forget to enjoy your drinks! Maybe swap to lower-cal options or make your own smoothies. I started making mine with frozen fruit and water; it's fire.
