Nursing 12hr shifts + macros, how do i balance it?
So, I'm a 30M ICU nurse and I've been lifting for about 5 years, but these 12-hour shifts are wrecking my macro game! I'm a carb enthusiast, and it's tough to find time to hit my targets with no solid eating schedule. Any tips on how to manage macros during long shifts without feeling like I'm just eating junk? How do you guys time your meals with all that chaos? Help a bro out!
