Anyone else struggle with hormones while cutting on 80g fat?

So I've been cutting for about 8 weeks now and stuck to a minimum of 80g fat daily. Just got my hormone panel back, and honestly, it's a bit concerning. Like, should I be worried about the fat intake affecting my levels, or is this just part of the process? Anyone else experience this?

Pizza day sounds lit! But fr, maybe try finding some fun ways to incorporate healthy fats. Like a pizza with a nice crust and avocado spread? This is a health and taste win.

I really think you should consider adjusting your fat intake or looking at your overall calorie balance. Hormonal health is so important for long-term progress. Have you thought about talking to a coach or nutritionist?

Oof, hormones and cutting are a tricky combo. Ngl, when I cut too fast, I felt off too. Maybe try adding some healthier fats like avocados or nuts? They can really help with satiety.

I had a similar experience! Cutting on low fat made me feel drained. Switched to more whole foods, and it made a world of difference! Not all fats are equal, so maybe switch it up.

That's a valid approach! Intuitive eating works for some. Just make sure you're not ignoring the signs your body gives you when it needs something. Hormonal health is too important to overlook.

Tracking is definitely helpful. I use Cronometer myself since it gives me a detailed look at micronutrients too. You might want to try it if you're concerned about your overall nutrition.

Bro, cutting sucks sometimes. If you're not feeling right, it might be your body saying it's had enough of that low fat life. Maybe throw in a pizza day? 🍕

I tried tracking but ended up stressing way too much about it. Now I just intuitively eat, and it feels way better for me. Sometimes simpler is better, you know?

Your hormone levels can definitely be impacted by diet, especially when cutting. 80g of fat is low for some people, but it really depends on your individual needs. Have you been tracking your calories and macros closely?

For real, everyone reacts differently to cutting. Just don't be surprised if you have to adjust your intake. I've had to play around with my fat and carb ratios multiple times to find what works.

Honestly, it's not just the fat. If you're cutting too aggressively, it can mess with your hormones. I've seen my testosterone dip when I went too low on calories. Just be careful with your deficit.

Facts, bro. I've been there with the low fat and low carbs, and it felt like my body was revolting. Sometimes you gotta find that balance and listen to your body. Maybe bump it up a bit?

Balancing your fats is crucial. If you're feeling off, it might be worth it to try increasing your intake of healthy fats like olive oil or fatty fish. I have some great recipes that incorporate them if you're interested!

Totally agree with you on that! Healthy fats help keep you feeling full, and they're essential for hormone production. Adding foods like nuts or seeds might help you feel better overall.

Right? Everyone's body is unique. That's why tracking and adjusting is key. I use MyFitnessPal to help me keep an eye on my macros when cutting, makes it easier to spot issues

You might want to evaluate your overall stress and sleep too. Those can affect your hormones significantly, especially when cutting. It might not just be about fat intake. Make sure you're getting enough rest

Lowkey, when I tried cutting, I felt like a zombie. Hormones went all over the place. I wouldn't stress too much, but definitely listen to your body. Maybe add a few more carbs, they can help too.
