Do seed oils really cause inflammation, or is that just another fitness myth?
So, I keep hearing that seed oils are like the devil for our bodies, causing mad inflammation. But like, a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that seed oils, which are high in polyunsaturated fats, can actually have anti-inflammatory effects. This meta-analysis looked at over 100 studies and concluded that substituting saturated fats with polyunsaturated fats (like those in seed oils) reduced inflammation markers. So, is it time to chill on the seed oil hate, or what?
