Has anyone here tried berberine for blood sugar control while lifting?
I'm curious about the effects of berberine on blood sugar levels, especially for those of us who lift. I've read some promising studies, but I'm always skeptical about hype vs actual evidence. What doses have you found effective? Also, did you notice any impact on your performance or recovery? I want to make sure I'm not just adding another supplement for the sake of it.
