Did morning sunlight for 10 min actually change your sleep?
So i decided to give this morning sunlight thing a shot, thinking 'how hard could it be?' I spent about 10 minutes outside every morning for the last week, and honestly, I kinda feel like I'm sleeping better. I know it sounds like a wellness guru cliche, but I'm waking up more refreshed and less like a zombie. Anyone else had a similar vibe shift from just a little sunshine? Ngl, I thought it was just another fitness fad, but I'm curious if anyone's really noticed a change in their sleep quality after doing this. Hit me with your experiences!
