Anyone else ditch keto for IIFYM and see solid results?
So, I finally gave keto the boot after a year and switched to IIFYM. I'm hitting my macros and feeling way better, plus my lifts are actually going up! I'm down 5 lbs in 4 weeks and my progress pics are looking solid. Anyone else made the switch? What was your experience like? I'm curious if I should expect more gains or if it's just the caffeine talking.
