14 months down, 45 lbs lost! What would i change if I could start over?
Alright folks, I'm 25M, started at 210 lbs and now I'm down to 165. I've been grinding for 14 months, and while I'm stoked with the progress, I can't help but wonder what I'd do differently if I had a time machine.

Track calories more strictly: I thought I was eating right, but sometimes I was way off. Turns out, portion sizes matter.

Don't skip strength training: I got caught up in cardio for a while. Lifting weights is where the magic happens.

Focus on protein intake: I wish I'd prioritized my macros better. 1g per pound of body weight is a must if you wanna keep the gains.
