16 weeks into my wedding cut and feeling kinda lost, anyone else struggle with this?
So I've been on this wedding cut for 16 weeks now, started at 200 lbs and I'm down to 175, but I'm hitting some weird plateaus lately. I thought I had my macros on lock, but it feels like I'm just spinning my wheels. My lifts are still decent but the fat loss is stalling and it's driving me nuts! Anyone else feel like they're losing their mind during a cut? Any tips to shake things up?
Like, should I switch up my cardio routine or is it more about the diet? I'm doing PPL and trying to keep it fun, but damn, this mental game is real. Let me know what's worked for you!
