Down 30 lbs after 4 tries, what finally clicked for you?
Okay, so I've been on this weight loss rollercoaster for like ever and finally dropped 30 lbs over the last 4 months! After 4 failed attempts, something just clicked this time, but I can't figure out what it was. Was it finally ditching those late-night snacks or actually meal prepping? Ngl, I'm curious what worked for you guys when you broke through. Any advice or stories? I need inspo!
