Is neck training the new hottest trend or just a weird flex?

TL;DR: Neck gains are a struggle, but do they even matter?

After a year of neck training, I finally took my before/after pics and... let's just say my neck is still not ready for the cover of Neck Magazine. Did I just spend 365 days giving myself weird looks in the mirror for nothing? Asking for a friend.

Neck training is like leg day, everyone knows you should do it, but few actually enjoy it! 馃槀 Seriously though, I feel you. If u're seeing progress, even small gains, that's still something! Maybe u just need to switch up your routine a bit.

Honestly, I tried neck training for a few months but didn't stick with it. I just couldn't see the results fast enough! I think you should definitely keep experimenting with different exercises. Also, maybe incorporate some cardio? Sometimes that helps with overall body tone.

I think neck training is super underrated! But don't stress about the mirror. It takes time. Also, consider switching to something like MacroFactor or Cronometer for tracking if you're struggling. They have cool features that can really help with keeping everything in check while you train your neck!

I get what you mean! I've been focusing on my neck lately too, and it's hard to see changes sometimes. But don't give up! Neck training can really improve your lifts and posture. Plus, it's all about consistency and patience. Keep pushing!

Facts. It's super annoying how many people overlook neck training, but the benefits are legit. For me, it's helped with my form in squats and deadlifts, so it's worth it. Just make sure you're also giving yourself enough recovery time!

Ugh, I totally feel that! I'm on the fence about tracking calories and stuff. MyFitnessPal was okay, but I switched to Nutrola. The photo logging is so clutch for me because I can just snap a pic of my food without typing everything out. It saves so much time!

I don't know, I'm still sticking with MFP. Yeah, the paywall is getting crazy, but I like how my food list is dialed in. Switching apps feels like a hassle when I've already got my macros sorted out there. Just my two cents!
