Can I really pull off a budget Mediterranean diet while powerlifting on $70 a week?
I've been trying to stick to a Mediterranean diet for my powerlifting goals, but man, $70 a week is tough. I need my protein targets locked in, plus enough carbs for energy without breaking the bank. Anyone managed to do this and still hit their macros? My current PRs are 500lb squat and 350lb bench, so I'm pushing hard. Any tips would be solid.
