Is it normal for T levels to jump 280→520 after losing 50 lbs?
I've been doing calisthenics for 3 years and just dropped 50 lbs, and my testosterone levels shot up from 280 to 520! I'm stoked about the progress but kinda curious if anyone else has experienced this after a significant weight loss. Like, does losing fat really impact T levels that much?
