So, is eating at the same time every day a must, or can I live my best life randomly?
I've been on this strict schedule for 60 days, eating every meal at the same time like some sort of meal robot. Honestly, I'm losing my mind! 馃槄 I want to know if switching it up to a more random eating schedule could mess with my gains or if my body will just roll with it. Anyone else tried this and found their sanity or gains improved? What's the verdict?
