What's the best way to navigate Olive Garden's menu for macros?

TL;DR: Looking for macro-friendly meal options at Olive Garden for lifters.

I love hitting up Olive Garden with friends, but it can be tricky to stay on track with macros. I usually go for the grilled chicken or salmon and skip the breadsticks, but I'm curious if there are other options or strategies I should consider. Any advice for lifters ordering at Olive Garden? What are your go-to meals there?

i usually stick with the grilled chicken too, but if you're feeling adventurous, the Herb-Grilled Salmon is another solid choice! Pair it with the mixed vegetables instead of pasta for fewer carbs.

Breadsticks are tempting, but if you're tracking macros, skipping them is a smart move. I typically go for the Zoodles Primavera if I'm craving pasta, it's filling and pretty low in calories!

Tracking macros at a restaurant can be tricky, but if you're using an app like MyFitnessPal, you can usually find similar meals to what you order and estimate from there. Just try to be as accurate as possible with portion sizes

Facts, man! Those breadsticks will destroy your macros. You can't eat just one. 😂

You could always take the breadsticks to-go for later! 😂 Just saying, no one can resist those for long.

You could also try the Chicken Piccata, just ask for less sauce to keep it lower in calories. It's a classic, and I've found it's filling enough without being overloaded.

Olive Garden does have a few lighter options, but honestly, I think you should enjoy yourself too! It's all about balance. Maybe save macros for the day and have fun with your friends!

If you're dealing with a chronic illness, navigating menus can be a challenge. I always ask my server for any modifications I can make to dishes, like removing cheese or sauces that could upset my stomach. It's helped me enjoy meals out without stressing too much.

I recommend looking at the nutrition info on Olive Garden's website before you go. They have a section dedicated to nutritional info that can help you stay on track while ordering
